As a senior I was totally psyched about attending senior salute this year....i got the email during the summer about how it would possibly be moved to the fall and was fine with that. but what's with it being on a thursday night? i'm sorry my schedule isnt exactly what i wanted it to be my last year at this school seeing as how i have a 9AM CLASS Monday wednesday AND friday. and thank you SGA for making me feel worse by telling me that i have to either skip class and face reprocussions of being seen as a drunk by my teacher because i couldnt make it to her precious class OR being totally lame and missing what i heard by previous seniors to be an AMAZING night.
whatevs im going to miss this awesome event because i dont want to go out to a bunch of bars and have to hold back my alcoholic or "college student" urges. whats the point of going if i cant get shit faced and have a good time? id just be worrying about missing class the next day. that sounds lame doesnt it? well ive already missed too many of those good ole 9AMs so i cant skip anymore. everyone who ends up going PLEASE have fun for me
